An Analysis Run means one complete analysis job where you upload a CSV file of comments (or fetch YouTube comments where available) and SBS AiSenti generates insights such as Sentiment, Emotion, Intent, and insight summaries.
Most Analysis Runs complete in a few minutes depending on:
- number of comments uploaded
- system load and processing queue
Each plan has a maximum number of comments that can be processed per Analysis Run:
- • Starter : Up to 250 comments / Analysis Run
- • Growth : Up to 500 comments / Analysis Run
- • Pro : Up to 1,000 comments / Analysis Run
If your file contains more comments than your plan allows, SBS AiSenti will automatically process comments up to your plan’s allowed limit for that Analysis Run.
Each plan includes 5 Analysis Runs per month. If you need additional usage in the same billing cycle, you can purchase Add-On Analysis Runs (within allowed limits).
No. Unused monthly included Analysis Runs do not carry forward to the next billing cycle.
Your monthly quota resets on renewal.
A basic CSV with comment text is enough to begin. Recommended columns include:

- PublishedAt ( Date and Time)

Yes. SBS AiSenti supports direct YouTube comment fetching by pasting a YouTube Video ID / Link (where available).
You can also upload YouTube comments using CSV.
Note: Comment fetching depends on video availability, public access settings, and platform limitations.
Currently, SBS AiSenti supports these platforms through CSV upload.
Direct integrations may be introduced in future versions.
Add-On Analysis Runs can be purchased from inside your SBS AiSenti account after login, based on your active plan and monthly limits.

Yes. To maintain fair usage and platform stability, you can purchase a maximum of:
3 Add-On Analysis Runs per billing cycle under any plan.
Your plan is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
On renewal, your included monthly Analysis Runs reset.
If your plan expires:
- You will have 30 days read-only access to previously generated Insights.
- New Analysis Runs will be disabled until renewal.
- Add-On Analysis Runs cannot be purchased until the plan is renewed.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime.
- Upgrade applies immediately
- Validity resets to 30 days from upgrade date
- Unused monthly included Analysis Runs from the previous plan do not carry forward
Downgrades apply only at the next renewal cycle.
No refunds or partial credits are provided.
Currently, SBS AiSenti is available as Monthly Plans only during the Go-Live phase.
Yearly plans may be introduced in future versions.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
- Each Analysis run is counted only when processing is successfully completed.
- Plan limits apply per subscription month.
- Subscription charges are non-refundable once activated.
