This Privacy Policy complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and aligns with international best practices.
By accessing or using SBSAiSenti.com (“Website”), you agree to the terms of this Policy.

a. Uploaded Comments & Files

Users may upload text comments (up to 150 characters each) or CSV files containing comments for analysis purposes.

b. Connected Accounts (OAuth)

If you connect a third-party platform (such as YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.), you authorize SBS AiSenti to securely access limited comment data from those platforms. We only access the data explicitly permitted by you during the OAuth consent process.

c. Account Information

Includes:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organization name (if provided)
  • Billing details (processed via secure third-party payment gateways)

d. Usage & Technical Data

Includes:

  • Upload timestamps
  • Number of processed comments
  • Usage history
  • Standard server logs generated for security, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes

We use collected data to:

  • Provide AI-powered sentiment, emotion, intent, topic, language, and emoji analysis
  • Improve the accuracy and performance of the Service using aggregated or anonymized data
  • Maintain platform reliability and prevent misuse or abuse
  • Comply with safety, moderation, and legal requirements
  • Communicate service-related updates (as permitted)

No human review of uploaded content occurs unless users explicitly provide consent for support or debugging purposes.

a. Automated Filtering

Uploaded comments may be automatically filtered by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Microsoft Azure).
Filtering may block content related to:

  • Hate speech
  • Violence
  • Sexual content
  • Self-harm
  • Abusive or harmful language

SBS AiSenti does not receive detailed explanations of individual filtering decisions.

b. Automated AI Processing

Data is processed using machine-learning models to generate:

  • Sentiment scores
  • Emotion indicators
  • Intent classification
  • Topic categorization
  • Language detection
  • Emoji interpretation

These are machine-generated insights and should not be treated as factual or definitive statements.

Raw Input Data (Uploaded Comments / CSV Files)

SBS AiSenti follows a data-minimization and privacy-by-design approach.
  • Raw uploaded comments and CSV files are not retained after processing.
  • Raw input data is processed in memory and permanently deleted immediately upon completion of analysis.
  • SBS AiSenti does not maintain a historical archive of raw comment data.

In rare cases of processing failure or system interruption, raw files may be temporarily retained for troubleshooting purposes only, for a maximum duration not exceeding 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.


Processed & Derived Data

  • Aggregated analytical results (sentiment scores, emotion distributions, intent counts, topic trends, etc.) may be retained while the customer account remains active to support dashboards and reporting.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for longer durations to improve platform performance, reliability, and accuracy.

We may use your registered contact information to send:

  • Feature updates
  • New product releases
  • Service notifications
  • Upgrade or renewal reminders

You may unsubscribe at any time by:

However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

SBS AiSenti relies on trusted third-party providers, including:

  • OpenAI (AI models)
  • Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure)

We ensure these providers meet global security and compliance standards. However, SBS AiSenti is not responsible for:

  • AI filtering outcomes
  • Model inaccuracies
  • Content omissions
  • Third-party service outages

Subject to applicable laws, you may:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Request data export in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw OAuth consent
  • Opt out of marketing communication

Your data may be processed outside India under safeguards including:

  • Encryption
  • Secure transfer protocols
  • Industry-standard contractual protections

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share customer data with advertisers or unrelated marketing companies.

Data is processed based on:

  • Contractual necessity (service delivery)
  • Legitimate interests (security, improvement, misuse prevention)
